30-day return window

If you're not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

How refunds work

Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear after we receive the returned item.

Non-returnable items

Hygiene-sensitive grooming items (e.g. opened brushes in contact with fur) may not be eligible for return once used.
